1. Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

Requests to cancel or modify an order must be submitted within 12 hours of payment confirmation.

Once processing, packaging, or shipping has begun, cancellations or changes cannot be accommodated.

A processing fee of 6.9% + $1 will be deducted from canceled orders to cover administrative and payment processing costs.
2. Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase or 14 days from delivery, whichever is later.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except for defective, incorrect, or damaged items.

If an item is undelivered due to a carrier error, a replacement will be sent at no extra cost.

If incorrect shipping details are provided by the customer, any additional costs for replacement items will be the customer’s responsibility.
